You, them, and us.

All brand new workers are different and we treat them accordingly.

We are doing our best to look after them. We learn everyday what they are comfortable and not comfortable with. Some of them will have a long list of regular clients they are comfortable in seeing and some has a very short one. Please don't take it too personally. Their comfort grow and changes everyday.

We are selective with our workers and with our clients - a small happy place and we are ok with it for now. Here at 1NS, there is no place for entitlement, rudeness, and disrespectful. When our workers happy, our good clients would feel that and come back to see us again.

As an agency, we are doing our best to hold the balance and look after both our workers and our clients. We understand that we can't keep every clients happy but It is very nice when we received good feedbacks. It is a good reminders that we are doing something right! Our newer workers ; Ryen, Zaya, Phoebe, and May are amazing humans. Just like Izzy, they are kind, respectful, and they gel nicely with our good clients. Your continue support and kindness keep them coming to work and we are thanking you for that <3
